Go to the bottom right of the green zone and wait for the windmill to go past. As soon as it goes past then just hold the right arrow key until you have made it all the way to the end and you might want to hold the up and right arrow keys at the same time so you go diagonally up and then just go into the green zone. A tip would be that at the beginning wait for the first blue dot which goes up and down to hit the bottom and then go otherwise you will get hit by it.
